Sara Beth has lived in Warren County the majority of her life and has been around Real Estate since she was just three years old. She has learned the ropes of the business from her mom, long time realtor, Kathryn Bryant.
Sara Beth graduated from Tennessee Tech in 2018 with a degree in Sociology and is an active member of the local Junior Auxiliary organization in McMinnville as well as The Power of 100 Warren County. So far in her Real Estate career she has become a multi-million dollar producer, been in the top 25 realtors out of hundreds, and received multiple awards from the Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors.

In Sara Beth’s free time she loves spending time with her little girl, Audrey and bonus girl, Aylen. She also likes remodeling/staging homes, doing “local” things in McMinnville and spending time with family and friends!
